To celebrate the opening of the brand-new The Memo store in Geelong, we’ve teamed up with Upstate for a special morning of movement, community and connection ✨Join us for a Power Reformer session at Upstate Newtown, followed by a chance to discover the new The Memo store on Pako and celebrate this exciting new chapter in the Geelong community.
You will move through a signature Upstate Power Reformer class, a series of full body reformer moves with different spring options to suit you. Build strength and stability through focus and time under tension. 45 minutes of movement, suitable for all levels.
Grip socks will be gifted to you on the day and are recommended but not required.
