Recordings of previous modules will also be accessible.This module explores a number of destructive spiritual ailments that impede the servant’s journey to Allah, drawing upon the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the commentaries of the classical scholars. Students will learn how these diseases arise within the heart, how they undermine spiritual growth, and how they may be treated.
Following the traditional method of line-by-line explanation from Imam Mawlud’s Matharat al-Qulub, we will explore the roots, signs, and spiritual consequences of these diseases and, most importantly, their Prophetic remedies.
