Bookings are essential to help us provide a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all families. To ensure we can prepare appropriately for each session, attendance is available to families who have booked in advance.

We kindly ask all Stay and Play attendees to sign in at Reception upon arrival. This important process helps us:

• Maintain accurate records of who is on-site and when, enabling us to respond effectively in the event of an emergency.
• Confirm that families have read and understood our Child Safety Guidelines, supporting a safe and secure environment for all children.
