The Cradle - 6 week Expectant Parents Social Group

Welcome to The Cradle—your landing pad for the journey into parenthood. Designed specifically for first-time expectant parents, this six-part experience offers practical confidence for the newborn days and a supportive local 'village' to walk alongside you. Led by an Early Childhood Teacher and a Division 1 Nurse, our relaxed, interactive sessions cover all the practical essentials—from feeding, sleep, and swaddling to bathing, nappy changing, and some basic first aid. Most importantly, it’s a space to build genuine, lasting friendships with local families who are at the exact same stage of life.

We warmly welcome all families: attend with a partner or on your own, whichever feels best for you. Each two-hour session includes light refreshments, in a comfortable environment where you can ask questions, share the journey, and prepare for what’s ahead. Come for the expert guidance, stay for the lifelong connections, and step into parenthood feeling fully supported and genuinely prepared.
