Free Mums & Bubs Pilates – School Holiday Sessions
Join us for a free Mums & Bubs Pilates class running during the Term 3 school holidays.
Additional therapists will be present to help engage with your bub while you enjoy the class, or you’re very welcome to keep your bub with you throughout the session. There will be plenty of space for a play mat or bouncer beside you if you'd prefer.
This class is designed to give mums a relaxed introduction to Mums & Bubs Pilates and an opportunity to try it out before committing to a term-based program.
What to expect:
+ Gentle postnatal strength, mobility & core recovery
+ A relaxed, baby-friendly environment — bub can join you on the mat or play safely in a therapist-supervised area
+ Opportunity to connect with other local mums

Who: Mums and bubs up to 18 months
