Stress, Sleep & Mental Health (The Change Project)
About
For Mental Health Month (October)In our busy 21st Century lives, stress management, sleep quality and mental wellbeing has never been more important.
We are living in a world that places an immense amount of pressure on both body and mind – and we can be paying a high price on our resilience and disruption to our natural rhythms.
As a qualified and experienced naturopath, nutritionist and accredited health coach, Linda Back works with these areas, and understands just how much of an impact stress, poor sleep and moods can have on quality of life.
Linda is conducting this session as an approved provider for the Toowoomba Regional Council Change Project – an initiative designed to provide free and low-cost resources for improving community wellbeing.
During this session, Linda will be talking about:
• Understanding stress – and how it affects both body and mind
• The gut-brain connection, and how gut health may play a role in mental wellbeing
• Recognising the signs of burnout
• Nutrition to support nervous system health
