Listening to the Wisdom Within - An afternoon of self-discovery through story and metaphor, imagination and reflection.
You are invited to pause from the hectic pace of life to glimpse how unique and wonderful you are. Even if you're a twin, there is only one you in the entire universe!
What if you really believed that you are exactly in the right place in your life today?
What happens when you approach your identity as intrinsically positive? How would life be if you could let go of self-doubt and deeply say and accept something like: 'I am a child of God - created in God's image!' or 'I am made of star-dust!'
I invite you to ponder - What is most precious to you at this stage in your life?
During our time together, I'll invite you to explore, through playful curiosity and creativity. You are your own best teacher - if you just slow down and ge quiet enough to listen.
While these half day retreats are offered from a Christian perspective, they are spritual but not religious. No doctrine. No-one telling you what to believe or how to live.
Just a small, warm-hearted community of explorers, each doing our own 'sifting and winnowing'.
A nurturing afternoon - a safe space to listen more deeply to that still, small voice within you. Creative exploration with stories & colour, art or journaling, mindfulness & meditation.
I’ll introduce you to 'wondering' which is my favourite way of reflecting on life. This playfully curious approach can give you new insights anywhere, any time.
Go from busyness to stillness, from longing to light, all nourished by a delicious afternoon tea.
Rediscover peace, presence, and purpose.
