About

Build practical confidence in reading, interpreting and applying flood information in your day-to-day work.

This online course will help participants understand flood maps, model outputs and flood studies, including depth, velocity, hazard, assumptions and limitations. Participants will learn what to look for, what questions to ask and how to interpret findings to support real-world decisions.

The course is delivered over two online sessions on 19 and 20 November 2026, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm each day.

No prior knowledge is required. Participants will receive 4 CPD hours on completion.
