The Brisbane North Palliative Care Collaborative invites you to Palliative Connect- an event designed to bring people together to strengthen and improve palliative care across our region.
Whether you are a clinician, service provider, community worker, volunteer, carer, or community member, this event offers a supportive space to engage, share, learn, and network. Each Palliative Connect event has a unique theme.
This Palliative Connect focuses on deathcare and will feature discussions and activities on:
- exploring the gap between health and after death care
- strategies to build death literacy
- leveraging networks to support of those experiencing death and bereavement.
Dedicated networking time and afternoon tea will be provided.
This activity is supported by funding from the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing under the Greater Choice for At-Home Palliative Care program.
