Toxic8. - Emergency Toxicology Course

This course teaches the principle and skills to those working in critical care environments in order to manage patients presenting with toxicological emergencies.

This teaching will cover a general approach to the poisoned patient, risk assessments, analgesics, anti-depressants, cardiac medications, snakes bites and Chemical/Biological/Radiological attacks.

Online pre-course teaching & activities will be followed by a 1 days F2F course that will include short interactive lecture/tutorial and simulation.

Total CPD 16 hrs (8hrs online and 8hrs F2F)
