FOOTY TEACHER SUMMER ACADEMY | 2026/27

FOOTY TEACHER SUMMER ACADEMY | 2026/27

Year Three of the Footy Teacher Summer Academy.

The Summer Academy returns for 2026/27, bringing together footballers aged 11–15 for seven high-quality development sessions across the summer.

With multiple Footy Teacher coaches, small training groups and a target coaching ratio of approximately 1:12, athletes will receive plenty of touches, quality coaching and individual feedback.

Players will be grouped by age, ability/development level and gender where appropriate, creating the best possible training environment for every athlete.

• Clean hands and handball
• Ground balls and marking
• Contested football
• Decision-making under pressure
• Movement and positioning
