Delivered by Australian Red Cross, this workshop will give you an understanding of heat risks and how they may impact you, as well as how to prepare you and your home. During the workshop you will also learn about the practical, psychological and social steps you can take to prepare for extreme heat and heatwaves how to minimise impacts on your life.
The 90-minute workshop will also provide you with the opportunity to create your own heat plan, the knowledge and tools to continue preparing yourself and the people most important to you for emergencies.
