An accredited practising Dietitian, will explore the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, personal goals, and provide an overview of the Life! program. You’ll learn how the program supports Victorians at risk of type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke to make positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. Includes a free, non-invasive health check to assess your eligibility.
