Outdoor Pathways Boys Group – 2027 Intake
We’re incredibly proud to once again be partnering with Isaac Regional Council to bring our Outdoor Pathways Boys Group back to ELAM for 2027!
With the continued support of Isaac Regional Council, we’re excited to offer another year of meaningful, hands-on opportunities for young people in our community. This program provides local boys with the chance to develop practical skills, build confidence, strengthen their sense of responsibility and explore pathways towards future employment and training.
Designed for boys aged 12-17, Outdoor Pathways is perfect for those who enjoy being active, working outdoors and learning through real-world experiences in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.
We’re grateful for the ongoing partnership and support that makes this program possible and look forward to another fantastic year of learning, growth and new opportunities for our local young people.

Tuesdays
Time: Tuesdays 2:45pm – 3:45pm
Ages: 12-17
Throughout the program, participants will explore a range of practical skills, including:
Horticulture & land care
Arboriculture
Carpentry
Plumbing
Mechanical basics
This program is a fantastic opportunity for young people to:
Gain hands-on skills supported by community partnerships
Build confidence, resilience, and teamwork
Explore future pathways in trades and outdoor industries
Feel connected and supported within their community
Limited spaces available – once filled, a waitlist will be created.
