Join us to explore the natural world in fun guided activities for 3-5 year olds at the River Garden and Bass Hall. We are running 8 x Free Environmental and Gardening themed sessions, with each session including story time with great age-appropriate books, a guided River Garden exploration walk, a craft or garden activity, and morning tea.
*Please Note Parent/Carer supervision and participation is required during all activities.

Themes for these events include: Busy bees and bugs, Wiggly Worms, Australian Animals, Beautiful butterflies, Super Seeds & plants, Wonderful water bugs, Growing Great veggies, and Fantastic Flowers (activity themes will be chosen closer to each date due to weather and to suit each topic)

Thanks to funding from Andrews Foundation, these sessions are free for parents and preschool children from 3-5 years. Bookings are essential, to ensure we have enough catering and craft materials. These popular sessions usually book out quickly, but we know things change quickly with young families and sometimes people can't make it, so we will have waiting lists activated for each session as well.

*Please note, each session will need to be booked separately. Please add in your child's name in the ticket information along with dietary requirements for children and supervising adult. Please add supervising adults name and contact details in the checkout/booking details section.
