About

By the Banyan Tree 🌳

Sound & Spirit are delighted to return to Tocal Homestead, inviting you to gather beneath the 200-year-old Banyan Tree one last time this year for an afternoon of sound, stillness and connection in nature. 🌳🌅🎶

Meditation, sound and the natural surroundings gently weave together to create a deeply restorative, multi-sensory experience.

Guided by Alex & Steph, you’ll be immersed in a rich soundscape of live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments and gentle guided meditation.

Together with the surrounding landscape, this mindful experience invites you to slow down, soften and simply be.
