Designed especially for florists, this event goes beyond simply creating beautiful flowers. Matthew will share the thinking, decisions and intention behind both his distinctive floral work and the business he has built around it.

BUSINESS WITH INTENTION

A candid 90-minute conversation with Matthew about positioning, pricing, communication, marketing, boundaries and building a floristry business people understand, value and remember.

This session is less about following somebody else’s formula and more about developing the confidence to build a business that reflects your own strengths, values and vision.

DESIGN WITH INTENTION

Watch Matthew create a series of floral works live while unpacking the creative decisions behind each design.

Explore proportion, scale, displacement, movement and mechanics, along with how to develop your own floral language in an industry increasingly influenced by trends, algorithms and social media.

CONNECT WITH YOUR INDUSTRY

The day will be followed by canapés overlooking the water, with time to connect and socialise with fellow florists.
