About
RMT Youth and ROAR Academy present SPELLBOUND - a Hallowe'en Spooktacular.
Written by Barry Crossley, this is a traditional British pantomime with all the kooky characters you would expect - the Dame - DOLLY Dishcloth - and her good friend CHUCKLES - alongside a truly magical cast including 3 friends - Millie, Megan and Grace who are trying to bring back the Flanders Sisters - Agatha, Mildred and Daisy - by lighting the black candle on Hallowe'en.
There are a chorus of 4 SALEM CATS to narrate the story for you - as well as Marvin the Magician and his 2 bone-headed assistants along with Zoltan a mechanical fortune teller, the Mayoress of Salem and her PA and a cast of spooky Hallowe'en Trick or Treat-ers to keep you entertained. At the conclusion of the PANTO we invite everyone to join us on stage in some fun Hallowe'en-themed dancing - so 'Shake a Tail-Feather' with us.
This Pantomime is a FUND-RAISER for the ROAR JTF Team headig off to Newcastle in late October. Nine of the team have been chosen to participate in the PILOT Productions that preceed the main Festival and they will be in Newcastle for a week. It is the last year that JTF Australia will be held in Newcastle and ROAR have been involved in EVERY JTF since it started in 2016. So this is our 11th JTF !!
