How to Secure Your Spot: 

A $20 cash deposit is required to confirm your place on the trip.

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Register for the event and download your electronic ticket from TryBooking.
2. Bring your e-ticket or proof of registration to Level 7 Finance at MIT.
3. Pay your $20 cash deposit by 5:00 pm on 4 November 2026.

Your deposit will be returned to you in full on the day of the trip.

• Limited spots available! Only 30 students can join, so be sure to register early to avoid missing out.
• Please commit to attending. By registering, you are confirming your participation, so make sure you're available to join us.
• Plan your spending. Any extra coffees, drinks, food (including lunch), activities or personal purchases will be at your own expense.
