Join multi-time Australian National AOGKF Karate champion, Sensei Shenae Lambert - 4th Degree Black Belt, for this free community event. Experience an informative introduction to effective self defence skills including mindset, situational awareness, controlling larger opponents, escapes, blocking, striking and more.
Sensei Shenae is an accomplished martial artist with black belts in multiple disciplines and holds a bachelor of education. She has taught women's self defence courses all over Australia.
