About

2027 Mosman FC Performance Program Trials

Saturday 31 October | Middle Head Oval | 9:00am–2:00pm

A Performance Program Run in Partnership with Sydney FC

The Mosman FC Performance Program is run in partnership with Sydney FC, providing players with access to a development environment connected to a professional A-League club.

The partnership provides players with opportunities to experience Sydney FC coaching throughout the season, with Sydney FC Academy coaches and A-League coaches involved in Performance Program sessions, as they were throughout the 2026 season.

This gives our players exposure to coaches working within a professional football environment, while complementing the work of our experienced Mosman FC coaching team.

Independent Sydney FC Trial Assessors

For the 2027 trials, Sydney FC coaches will be involved in assessing players.

Using Sydney FC coaches as independent assessors provides an objective and impartial selection process, with players assessed by coaches who are not directly involved in selecting the current Mosman FC teams.

Players will be assessed across areas including:

Technical ability
Game understanding
Decision-making
Attitude and coachability
Overall suitability for the Performance Program
