Join Matt Wilkie of The Wandering Cellar Door for a special evening of food, wine and conversation, hosted in an exciting secret venue.

For this intimate gathering, Matt has personally selected five wines from Hugo Wines, each chosen for a reason: a particular character, a story, a sense of place, or simply because it is a wine worth sharing. Why Hugo Wines? One of his favourite wineries in McLaren Vale, Hugo is producing wines of exceptional quality, with a wonderful balance between heritage and a willingness to explore what comes next.

The evening begins with an arrival drink from 5pm, before guests take their seats for a four-course paired wine dinner. As each wine arrives, Matt will guide the tasting and share the story behind the glass: why he selected it, what makes it distinctive, and how it complements the dish alongside it.

It is an evening designed to be enjoyed rather than hurried: good food, exceptional wine and the pleasure of discovering something new in the company of like-minded people.

Our setting for is a secret venue to be announced closer to the date.
