TAOK3 molecular switch & Pancare Foundation

On Thursday 22 October 2026 the Rotary Club of Eltham welcomes Prof Mehrdad Nikfarjam OAM - Founder of Pancare Foundation and Dr James Tai MD at Warringal Hospital to discuss Pancreatic, stomach, liver and other cancers. Pancreatic Cancer cells disarm the immune system and resist chemotherapy. We will be hearing how research at the Melbourne University has identified - TAOK3 a molecular switch inside the cancer cells drives these lethal traits.
