About
Join the City of Kalamunda for a fun-filled morning of FREE activities, entertainment and play as we celebrate Children's Week 2026!
Children's Week is an annual celebration recognising the rights, achievements and wellbeing of children. Each year, the celebration highlights an article from the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).
In 2026, Children's Week celebrates Article 30, recognising every child's right to use their own language, celebrate their culture and practise their religion.
Inspired by this year's theme, our festival celebrates language, culture and belonging, bringing children, families and the community together through play, creativity and connection.
Designed for children aged 0-5 years and their families, the morning will feature interactive activities, live entertainment, storytelling, creative play and opportunities to connect with local early years services.
