Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Founder of Conscious Flow Breathwork

Sophie brings together somatic trauma-informed practices, breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation and compassionate therapeutic support. Her work is rooted in creating spaces where people feel safe, supported and empowered to reconnect with themselves, explore their inner world and cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience and connection.

 

Omar Sonqo

Roots of the Earth | Traditional Ceremonial Facilitator

Omar brings his experience in traditional ceremonial practices, earth-based wisdom, ritual and community connection. His work is deeply rooted in respect for ancestral traditions, the natural world and the importance of coming together in sacred community.

Together, Sophie and Omar weave modern somatic practices with traditional ceremonial wisdom, creating heartfelt experiences that honour the body, mind, heart and spirit.
