In this full day hands-on and immersive experience, you’ll discover how to:
- Play and feel Tibetan Singing Bowls both on and off the body
- Use bowls to detect and work with chakra imbalances
- Understand the difference between machine-made and handmade bowls
- Experiment with a range of mallets and strikers to explore the many textures and tones of sound
- Enjoy guided practice with a variety of bowls throughout the day
- Connect with like-minded students in a warm and welcoming space
- Learn the basic science and principles behind sound healing
- Understand how Tibetan Bowls are used in sound healing sessions
