FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

DO BABIES AND TODDLERS NEED A TICKET?

Children 2 years and under may enter without a ticket if they are held and seated on an accompanying adult’s lap. Anyone (of any age) needing a seat must have a valid ticket.

IS SEATING ALLOCATED?

Yes! All seating is allocated, and you can select your preferred seats when purchasing tickets through TryBooking. We recommend booking early to secure the best available seats, particularly if you wish to sit together with family and friends.

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

No! Simply have your TryBooking tickets ready to display on your phone when entering the theatre. You are also welcome to bring printed tickets.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

Please choose your tickets carefully, as refunds and exchanges are not available for change of mind, changes in personal circumstances, including inability to attend. Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law, including where a performance is cancelled or significantly changed.

WHERE IS THE VENUE?

Our concerts are held at the Katsumata Centre, Kardinia International College, Geelong. Please allow sufficient time for parking and finding your way to the theatre.

IS THE THEATRE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! The first four rows (AA–DD) are on a flat floor and do not require stairs to access. From Row A onwards, seating is tiered and requires patrons to walk up stairs.

Seats marked with a wheelchair symbol are reserved exclusively for patrons who use wheelchairs. Please do not book these spaces unless you require wheelchair access.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact KF DANCE before booking so we can assist you with suitable seating arrangements.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend arriving approximately 20–30 minutes before the performance begins to allow time for parking, ticket scanning and finding your seats.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?

Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before entering the theatre to avoid disrupting our dancers and other audience members.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS?

To protect the privacy and safety of our young performers, photography and video recording by audience members are not permitted during the performance unless otherwise advised. Please also refrain from using flash photography.

CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE THEATRE?

No food or drinks are permitted inside the theatre, with the exception of water. Food and other beverages may be enjoyed in the foyer before the performance. We kindly ask all audience members to respect the venue and help keep the theatre clean and tidy.

DO PERFORMERS NEED A TICKET?

Dancers performing in the concert do not require an audience ticket.
