LUNCH & DANCE is a 6-week beginner-friendly Commercial Jazz course designed to get you moving, boost your mood and prioritise your wellbeing.
Each week, you'll learn fun, easy-to-follow choreography to your favourite pop hits in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether you've never danced before or haven't danced in years, this course is all about having fun, building confidence and enjoying some well-deserved time for yourself.
No experience needed, no pressure to be perfect — just a chance to move your body, laugh, connect with others and recharge your afternoon!

Duration: 6 weeks (45 minutes per class)
Location: Triple Menace Studios, 86 Sydenham Road, Marrickville
Cost: $120 for the full 6-week course
