Volunteer Thank You Weekend
13–16 November 2026 in Collie River Valley.
Join us at Potters Gorge, Wellington Dam campsite for a relaxed weekend celebrating the time, care and effort you give back to the Munda Biddi Trail.
Pack your bike and camping gear for a few days of riding, good food and great company. Camping fees are covered from Friday night to Monday morning!
Friday – Arrival & Set up
Arrive, set up camp and settle in for the weekend.
Saturday – Social Ride & Evening Celebrations
Enjoy a social ride with a lunch stop near the Dam Wall. Bring a picnic lunch or purchase something from the Dam Kiosk.
On Saturday evening, join us for a Celebratory BBQ dinner as we reflect on a wonderful year’s of trail volunteering, recognising our volunteers’ valuable contributions and present awards acknowledging contributions to the Trail.
Sunday – Breakfast & Relaxation
Wake up to a bacon and egg breakfast, followed by time to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful bush setting.
Free Social time - ride, walk with fellow riders in the picturesque Collie River Valley
A weekend to connect, share stories and celebrate our volunteer community. It’s our chance to say 'Thank you' for all you do, and we’d love you to join us!
Bring your camping gear, bike, food and drinks, plus nibbles to share.
Bookings are essential. Campervan and caravan spaces are limited, so book early and let us know your camping setup.
Help make this weekend happen! We need at least 15 participants to secure the booking so please book EARLY. The more, the merrier! Further details will follow soon.
