Loreto 2026 Sport Celebration – presented by the Sport Support Group
Loreto families are invited to join us for an exciting evening as we celebrate a year of outstanding sporting achievements. Enjoy inspiring guest speaker a delicious BBQ and bar, multi draw - raffle prizes, and the presentation of awards.
There will be BBQ items Gourmet Hamburgers, Sausage on bread, Mediterranean pasta bowls, for pre-order on Flexischools. Drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks, poppers and water) available for purchase on the night.
Raffle tickets are available for purchase at the event, with a range of prizes to be drawn on the night. You need to be present to collect.
All funds raised will go directly to our Sports Program at Loreto. We look forward to celebrating a year of fabulous achievements with you.

Uniform: Students must wear their full formal uniform. Parents, carers and siblings may wear casual attire.

All food must be pre-ordered via Flexischools.
To order:
- Log in to your Flexischools account.
- Click Shop and select your student’s name.
- Choose 2026 Sports Celebration – 13 November.
- Food tickets will be printed and ready for collection upon arrival at 5:30 PM.

Gourmet burgers $8.00 – Bun, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, onion, BBQ/ Tomato sauce (Gluten-free option available)
Sausage on bread $4.00 – Hotdog bun, sausage, onion, BBQ/Tomato sauce (Gluten-free option available)
Mediterranean pasta bowl $10 – Roasted mediterranean vegetables, rocket, chorizo and pasta salad (Vegetarian & Gluten-free option available)
