Soul Soak Evening in Self Worth

Come and join Emma and Jennifer, for an evening of immersing your Dear Beautiful Soul in Self Worth.

*This soul enriching event is a perfect balance of relaxation, combined with some life changing workshopping. Our time with you  is designed to give you space and time, so that you may fully immerse your soul in the energy of self worth, self value and self love, and just delicious LOVE with absolute ease and flow. Our intention is that you leave feeling more connected to who you are, restoring you to more wholeness, authenticity, LOVE and self worth. The focus and intentions will be around the Solar Plexus- a golden yellow chakra of self worth and a deep sense of  value. Some of the attributes of this chakra are confidence, gut instinct, happiness, empowerment, will power, strength, action, and life balance.

You will receive the gifts of enhancement of more connection, or rediscovery of more connection, to Self Worth and Self Love, whilst Valuing the Self in the practices of :

* An intentional, loving exercise in re-connecting you, and your Self Worth with Emma.

* A  profound, soul shifting exercise in reconnecting yourself to your Inner Being with Jennifer.

* We will then gently shift into our 45 minute guided relaxation and affimation journey with frequency music. Emma will take you on a soothing soulful transmission of guided relaxation, reminding you and/or activating you, to your connection of Self Worth Self Love and  the remembering of the Person of  Value that you are. Jennifer will be supporting you with the soothing frequencies and vibrational sounds of 7 quartz coloured crystal chakra bowls, himalayan singing bowl, tuning forks, gentle rain pod shakers, quartz crystal singing pyramid and drum, throughout the guided relaxation. 

* There will be opportunity to experience the power of gentle touch- 'hands on' techniques -during the relaxation. For those who wish to have this experience from Emma and Jennifer, this will be guided by their intuition at the time for each individual, and what is required at that moment in time.

These are the locations of energy activations of your own energy system. Not all locations will be experienced. Full permission will be requested from you, for this experience prior to the commencement of the relaxation.

* A fun and gentle body awakening dance at the end of the relaxation, to invigorate you and put you fully into your body whilst remebering the value and self worth you are bringing back with you.

* This event is to stimulate you back to remembering more joy, love, freedom, value and self-worth whilst having fun. All participation is self directed and fun- it is totally how you feel 'at that moment' what you would like to participate in. Our hope is that you have fun participating and discovering more parts of yourself as we share ours.

* A half hour time of refreshment and social-Since community is so important and how we connect in life-An opportunity to gather in community with like minded people and make new friends, makes up part of this event. A mild refreshement beverage and delicious treat is offered during this time of integration.

* A fabulous lucky door prize will be drawn on the night.

* Heartfelt creations will be  gifted  by Emma and Jennifer.

THINGS TO BRING***You will need to bring your own YOGA mat, cushion or pillow and light blanket for comfort, the room can get quite cool. Two email reminders will be sent out prior to the event with arrival time etc. Also feel free to bring your own pen and journal.
