About
Autumnal Winds is a feature of some of Adelaide Wind Orchestra's musicians in a chamber setting.
With a focus on the twentieth century, we start with Ligeti's Bagatelles for wind quintet, censored by the Soviets for being 'too dangerous' and finish with Adam Gorb's First Symphony, a typically playful and raucous Gorb composition for thirteen instruments, ending the concert on an energetic high.
