Rotary's Woodstock Op Shop Ball

Rotary Club of Bunbury Leschenault are holding their Rotary Op Shop Ball with the theme "Woodstock". Come dressed to theme in costumes from your local Opportunity Shop. Leave the tags in for a chance to win our "Best Dressed" competitions. BYO drinks and Nibbles for a good fun night of auctions, games and dancing. Cost $40. Proceeds to Pathways and Headspace Youth Projects and local Rotary projects.

 

Booking Your Table

 

We've named the tables after some of the major bands / singers who played Woodstock in 1969!  They are listed in alphabetical order, but this in no way indicates where the table will be placed on the night.  If you'd like to have more than one table together, just let us know.

 

Tables currently have 12 seats on them - if you would like more or fewer people on your table please contact us and this can be arranged.  If you have already reserved a table with a group, simply click on the name of the table you have been allocated, and follow the prompts to book and pay for your seat. If you have not already reserved a table or a seat, feel free to click on any table with unallocated seats, and follow the prompts to book and pay for your seat.
