Timor Leste Vision Quiz Night - Friday 3 November
On Friday 3 November we are holding our annual Quiz Night at the South Perth Community Centre, raising funds for our new water and sanitation project in the village of Rialeco. Rialeco is situated in the District of Ainaro and is one of many isolated villages in the District. The village does not have access to fresh and portable water, the nearest water supply being approximately an hour’s walk away. The project was identified when members of the broader community in the District of Ainaro contacted us and outlined what was needed in the District. Members of our team (all volunteers) in Timor met with representatives from the District to discuss which village had the highest priority and most urgent need. TLV will work with the community to design, construct and deliver the required infrastructure.
Doors are open at 6.00 p.m. for a 7.00 p.m. start.
Snacks will be available for purchase from 6.00 p.m.
