Longing is a 6 hour workshop where we will explore our longings through the map of the 5Rhythms. We will identify some common longings as well as taking time to identify what each of us, individually is longing for more of. This workshop is open to new dancers as well as experienced dancers, highly recommended to dance at least one class before the workshop.
