COST: $70 all inclusive

This year we will be visiting the Broughton Hall Garden and a private garden, Barambah, both in Jindivick, Gippsland.
For only $70, the Spring Garden Tour includes bus transport by Ventura Coach, morning tea and lunch at the Jindivick Tavern and entry to each of the gardens.
We will also be running our regular bus raffles.

ITINERARY (May be subject to minor alterations)
8.30am Arrive at the Tintern Bus Bay ready to board the Ventura coach (Cnr Morinda/Loma Streets, East Ringwood)
As parking is limited within the Transport Centre, attendees are requested to park in adjoining streets. Please remember to check council parking restrictions.
8.45am(Sharp) Ventura Bus leaves Tintern Campus.
During the trip a short narrative of the gardens will take place together with raffle ticket sales.
10.00am Arrive at the Jindivick Tavern where a hot or cold drink will await together with a light morning tea.
10.30am Ventura Bus leaves Broughton Hall garden, which will include a guided tour and time to stroll at one of Australia's best gardens.
11.45am Ventura Bus leaves Broughton Hall for Jindivick Tavern for lunch.
11.55am Ventura Bus arrives at The Jindivick Tavern for a light buffet lunch including a glass of wine or cold drink.
There should be time to wander through the rare plant nursery next to the Tavern until the bus departs.
1.00pm Leave Jindivick Tavern.
1.05pm Arrival at Barambah Garden for private tour.
1.45pm Depart Barambah to return to Tintern.
3.00pm Arrival back at Tintern Bus Bay.

Terms & Conditions
Please read the following carefully as purchase of tickets indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Physical Endurance
It is suggested a good degree of fitness is required to manage the gardens in this tour. Steps or climbing slopes access many sites and some have uneven terrain. Seating and rest areas may be available. There will be limited access to toilets at times, however we will accommodate you where possible. Please ensure you can carry your own bags.
Tour departure times
It is the responsibility of the participant to arrive at the bus by the designated time the bus is scheduled to leave for each part of the tour. If participants are not on the bus at the scheduled time of departure their return to the next garden or Tintern will be at their own responsibility and cost.
This exclusive event offers only 55 places.

For special dietary requirements, please note through the booking process. Tintern cannot guarantee that traces of items that you may be allergic to, are not present in food or drink you are served, or other substances you may come into contact with, although every endeavor will be made to ensure this via communication with the food providers.
Please note this event is a Tintern community and fund raising day arranged by a Tintern volunteer parent.
Tour Price Does Not Include
Personal spending money for additional items or plants. Not all sites will have credit card facilities.

Clothing Requirements
It is suggested good quality walking shoes are worn. Tours will continue each day regardless of weather, so please dress accordingly. A raincoat or waterproof jacket is recommended in the event of rain, use of umbrellas is cumbersome and difficult to manage getting in and out of the bus. October can also be quite warm, so it is advisable to bring a sun hat, sunglasses and sun cream.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are not available on tickets purchased. Tickets are transferrable to another person; please contact us prior to the tour to allow time for the necessary documentation changes.
