This creative workshop empowers 12 - 15 years olds to discover their own unique strengths, build confidence and strengthen their resilience.
Sometimes transitioning to high school can be difficult. New friends, new dynamics, difficulty with personality conflicts and that overwhelming sense of 'Where do I fit in?'
Using music, art and drama activities, they will create their own ‘suitcase for the tough days’ filled with individual strategies to build their resilience.
