Warm Water & Chair-based Update Training

Trained leaders are required to attend an update every two years to update their knowledge and skills in running safe warm water and/or chair-based exercise classes for people with chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Who can attend? Warm water &/or chair-based exercise leaders who have completed the initial four-day training course.
