Rocky Ridge Brewing Co and Baby Mammoth have gone and done it. They made a chutney beer!
This was a chance to do something different and stir the pot a little bit! Using Red Earth hops grown at Rocky Ridge Farm, these guys haven't been used on a commercial level before. It's a new Australian breed which carries a decidedly spicy, woody aroma and flavour with a citrusy under note.
The flavours are going to be one of a kind locally and even globally!
The launch will kick off with a 5 course dinner curated by the Baby Mammoth team with the following beers:
+ Ace Pale Ale
+ Sour Buffalo
+ Dr Weedy
+ Inglorious Chutney
+ Crimson
