GOLDEN YOGIS - Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors

 

Let’s be frank, there are many limitations of an aging body. 

In Golden Yogis yoga class we meet many students with one if not more of the common conditions such as 

•    heart disease
•    diabetes
•    insomnia
•    muscle weakness

Since we look at each individual in a holistic way, also know that we are aware of the aging process on a mental level, as well as socially and emotionally. Yoga can really be beneficial in so many ways!
