Women in Leadership Forum (Group A)

The Women in Leadership Forum (WiLF) will explore ideas around leadership and open up new ways of thinking, so that women have the tools to step into a leadership identity that is authentic, courageous and aligned to their values.

Women will be invited to explore challenges, share insights, compare experiences, and try out new ideas within a genuine, safe and
trusted space.

WiLF is devoted to developing ‘Personal Power’, defined as:

§ freedom and flexibility of choice in thinking, feeling and behaviour
(self- leadership);

§ the power to engage others' thinking, feeling and behaviour from their place of self (leading others) as opposed to leveraging positional power (control)
