This is your invitation to delve into the source of your creative energy, to awaken the flow of your life force, and to weave new light through the 5Rhythms map. We’ll dance to incarnate - embody in flesh - the sacred archetypes, calling in the divine masculine & feminine within each of us. Breath & somatic explorations will offer insights to visualising an internal holographic image of our essential, energetic selves.
