A super fun mix of yoga flow, pose challenges and yoga games with simple breathing techniques for self calm and relaxation. Start the year with some extra tools in your child’s warrior kit.
Suitable for 8-12 years old (or ask about other ages).
1 hr workshop 10-11am
Beginner & intermediate level. No experience necessary.
Parents drop off or stay and watch. Please arrive 10 mins early.
