Richmond Life Drawing is a supportive and relaxed ongoing life drawing session held on Wednesday evenings 7-9pm and Thursday mornings 10-12pm in the beautiful Clifton Hall at 314 Church St, Richmond. It is an untutored session and everyone from the experienced artist to the beginner is welcome. Full size easels , drawing boards, bulldog clips , tables, chairs, tea and coffee are available. A1 cartridge and bulky news paper is also available to purchase by the sheet. Drawing materials are not provided.
Life drawing helps to improve your observation skills, understanding of anatomy and hand-eye coordination.
There is parking available on Darlington Pde and the surrounding streets.
The session starts off with short poses and progressing onto longer poses of 20 min. The professional life model gets a 10 min break in between.
Please try and arrive 10min prior to the session starting to set up. If you are running late and the session has started, please knock on the door.
