Workshop 1
Topics covered:
Stages of labour, active birth, Pain and how to work with it, what to bring to hospital, when to come to hospital and baby’s first hours
Workshop 2
Topics covered:
Variations in labour and birth, induction of labour, caesarean birth, pain relief options and a hospital tour!
Workshop 3
Topics covered:
The immediate postnatal period, understanding breastfeeding, caring for your newborn & settling techniques, child safety, mum's recovery after birth, support at home/relationships & more!
