GUEST DINNER -Rethinking Food with Jonathan Symonds

Location
Bondi location advised on booking Bondi Junction, nsw, 2022
About
‘Break bread’ with local chef Jonathan Symonds to talk food, prana,
community and tap into the body’s natural wisdom.
Food is a daily practice, providing us with fuel and nourishment. However,
there are opposing forces at work - like quick-fix convenience products that
offer little to no nutrition, and the burden of work/commitments that can make
cooking and eating merely a formality.
Rediscover the joy of preparing and sharing food that connects us with
ourselves, our community and the wider world.
About Jonathan Symonds
A Bondi local, Jonathan grew up with a keen fascination for food. Starting with
eating, and then moving to the pursuit of a career in cookery. Travels around
the world and meeting new cultures informed the communal aspect of eating
that now drives his food philosophy. Jonathan uses his love of food as a
means for establishing connections, introducing mindfulness and promoting a
new relationship with food.
Bring a plate – vegan (no soup)
