Navigate MS: Living Well with a New Diagnosis of MS

Being diagnosed with MS can bring a lot of questions, and knowing where to start isn't always easy. Navigate MS is designed to help you better understand MS, explore ways to manage it, and learn about the support available to you.

Navigate MS is a free, one-hour online education session facilitated by an MS Nurse, designed for adults diagnosed with MS within the past two years.

What we'll explore:
- An overview of MS, including symptoms, treatments and management
- Practical tips for adjusting to life with MS
- Navigating healthcare, supports and reliable information
- Opportunities to ask questions throughout the session

Who is this for?
This session is specifically designed for adults aged 18 and over who have been diagnosed with MS within the past two years.

It is not intended for health professionals or for family members, friends and carers attending primarily to learn about MS.
If you need someone to assist you to participate, they're welcome to attend with you.

Family members, friends and carers wanting to better understand MS and how to support someone living with it are encouraged to attend our Navigate MS: Family & Friends session instead.

What to expect
- This is a live, nurse-led education session combining a presentation with opportunities to ask general questions.
- You're welcome to have your camera on or off, and there's no expectation to speak or share personal experiences.
- The session is delivered live via Microsoft Teams and is not recorded.

Need more support?
MS Plus offers free access to experienced MS nurses to talk through your questions, concerns and options for managing MS.
