Our Post-Birth Care session is designed to help new parents navigate the crucial period after birth. For just $40, this session covers:

• Immediate Newborn Care: Understand the procedures and care your baby will receive right after delivery, including initial assessments and essential routines.

• Mother’s Immediate Post-Birth Care: Learn about the care and monitoring you will receive immediately after birth to ensure your well-being.
• Body Changes After Birth: Understand the physical changes you can expect and how to manage them.
• Normal Newborn Behaviour: Get insights into typical newborn behaviour and what’s normal in the early days.
• Transition to Postpartum: Discover what happens in the first few hours and days after birth, including support available for both you and your newborn.

This session provides the essential information you need to support a smooth transition into parenthood.

One ticket is valid for you and x1 support person.

How to Book Your Classes

To ensure you get the most out of our classes, we recommend booking them to attend when you are around 34 weeks pregnant. Each session requires advance booking and is valid for you and one support person.

Once you complete your booking, you will receive details on how to attend the class, whether it’s the location for face-to-face sessions or the online link for virtual classes.

Unable to Attend? Here’s What to Do

If you’re unable to attend a booked session, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to someone else.

Refund Policy:

• Full Refund: Available if notice is given at least one week before the session.
• Partial Refund: If you request a refund within the week but before 48 hours of the session, you will receive 50% of your purchase.
• No Refund: Requests made within 48 hours of the session will not be refunded.
