Summertime is bursting with vibrant energy and joy – a time to embrace all that life has to offer. Summer brings longer days, bright light, and ‘Yang’ energy – but that also comes with the heat and intensity of the fire element.
Harness the energy of summer, and join Gyani for a mini retreat to transform and reset. Set in the serene space of Tara Yoga Centre, this mini retreat offers the space to slow down, reconnect, and tend to your inner fire with compassion.
Included:
~ Gentle Hatha Yoga
~ Yin/Restorative Yoga
~ Pranayama (breathing practices)
~ Mantra chanting
~ Yoga Nidra with soothing sounds
~ Meditation
~ Afternoon Tea (includes healthy sweet treats)
Please note there will be no refunds but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
