Due to deman, we have secured our 2026 dates! Returning to Hawkesbury Racecourse from 4 pm to 9 pm November 21st and 9 am to 2 pm November 22nd, this event is perfect for vendors of all categories! Please note that this event is FREE for customers; all bookings made through TryBooking are for vendors to trade at the event.
The venue has a mix of indoor and outdoor stalls, including an ample sheltered outdoor space. We are looking for vendors of all categories to book this event, with a particular interest in vendors with Country or Christmas-themed offerings!

Please book a ticket based on the products you will be selling. We regularly review bookings and will cancel and refund them if they cause category clashes; if this happens, we will contact you ASAP.
All stallholders must have $20M in Public Liability Insurance coverage for their stall at this event, and must send a copy of their Certificate of Currency at least 2 weeks ahead of the event. Failure to provide your PLI documents will mean your booking is cancelled without refund.
All food and beverage stallholders (including premade and low-risk products) are required to provide their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and their Hawkesbury City Council TFP number at least 2 weeks ahead of the event. Failure to supply these documents without sufficient justification will mean your booking is cancelled without refund.
Powered sites are not available at this event. If you require power for your stall, you will need to supply your own. If a portable generator is required, please notify us in advance so that we can ensure there is enough space for it.
